Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns:

If you wish to return a product, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

Initiating Returns: Contact our Customer Support within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. You can reach us through support email or Call or WhatsApp number.

Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Should not be open or repack unit or box.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.


2. Refunds:

Upon successful verification and approval of your return, we offer two options for refunds:

Store Credit: You can opt for store credit, which can be used to purchase any other product from our website. The store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount, including any taxes and shipping charges.

Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds to credit/debit cards may take 3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Stock return confirmation is purely management decision,
After return stock to our office and Management will confirm on return it will take 2 to 3 working days to refund the amount into same card

  • If paid by credit card; then will return to your credit card account only.
  • If paid by Debit card; then will return to your debit card account only.
  • If paid by cash on delivery, then we will transfer to your bank account or we can send you cash by our courier team.

If the item arrives dead/faulty

If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a product defect or not functioning as it is supposed to – then you can still return it. We will arrange a pickup of the item to be returned to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and provide feedback. Upon their confirmation, we will process the refund to customer with the same payment mode like if you paid by your credit / debit card or you paid by cash.


3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products are exempt from being returned. These include:

Intimate or Hygienic Products: For health and safety reasons, products like Gift Cards, Accessory, Jewellery, Perfume, beauty products, garments and undergarments are non-returnable.

Personalized or Customized Items: Any product that has been personalized or customized according to your specifications cannot be returned.


4. Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as a wrong or defective item). We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.


5. Exchange:

We offer direct exchanges too. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color or with different products or different category, you will need to initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Guarantee and/or Warranty is offered

We are providing Guarantee or warranty according to our Vendors and hence different Warranty offers. In some case different warranty in different category and products.

Please read the offer note / remark against item listed carefully to understand policies and procedures. If the item(s) bought from is not responsible for those items however as a buyer you have several recourses to contact us and get the best solution to solve complaints in regards to individual supplier product.
